Reporting to: Marketing Manager

Status: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000

Hours: 09:00 – 17:30

The role:


You'll be based in our marketing team, which is housed in our central Hastings office. We are looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong track record in creating content for marketing. You will work collaboratively, but really own your responsibilities with the freedom to evolve ideas and contribute to the company’s brand direction and output. It's a busy environment where you'll be encouraged to keep learning and growing in your career.

Daily responsibilities:

  • Creating graphics for print (booklets, leaflets, exhibition, product packaging) and digital distribution (social media, website, digital ads), using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Creating video content from idea to edit and upload, using Adobe Premiere and Animate.
  • Regular updates to company materials from user guides to App store graphics to Meta ads
  • Contributing to reports, internal communications and ad hoc requests

Skills/attributes:

  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Video and photography shooting and editing
  • Social media content management including YouTube
  • Self-initiative and drive
