Salary: £26,000 per annum plus benefits
Hours: Full-Time – Office Based (37.5 hours Monday to Friday)

Reporting to the Financial Controller, and working as part of the finance team, the Finance Administrator will work closely with the sales team in ensuring accuracy and timeliness in paying commission payments to sales agents.
What you’ll do:
- Management of commission inbox
- Creation and calculation of commission invoices including overrides and adjustments
- Daily payments of commission to sales agents
- Calculation and raising of monthly revenue share payments
- Management of clawbacks against sales agents
- First line of communication for queries from the sales team

- Rapidly develop a thorough understanding of the payments industry and the market sector we operate within, together with a thorough understanding of the services we have on offer.
- Excellent attention to details and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, including relationship building with individuals across the business

- Approach problems in a thorough and logical manner

- A good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access beneficial

- Must be a quick learner, willing to learn new processes and procedures
- Ability to work quickly, accurately and to deadlines, using a logical and methodical approach
