We are excited to announce the launch of the UTP App.

We always listen to the feedback from you, our customers. One thing that we all agreed, was a complete game changer. An app that allows our merchants to view their business insights on the go. After months of hard work, here we are!

What does the UTP App do?

With the UTP App you will have the freedom to check in on your business with just your phone. You can view all the transactions your business has taken. From single transaction breakdowns to an overview of what your business has made throughout the day. When looking at these transactions, you will be able to view your sales, refunds, voids, and declines. To further understand your cashflow, we added a reporting feature. This allows you to see an overview of your transactions daily, weekly, and even monthly. You now have the freedom to download, save and share your statements wherever you are.

We always take pride in the level of customer service we provide. The UTP App maintains this high standard. Within the app you will be able to live chat, email and directly call our customer service team.

When designing the app, our aim was to make the UTP App as user friendly, clear, and helpful as possible. We’ve designed it to be your one-stop-shop for everything your business deserves.

How can I download and use the UTP App?

The UTP App is free to download from the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. You may need to make sure you have the latest version of IOS or Android installed on your phone. After downloading the app, you will need to register your existing Merchant Account with the app. This is a very simple process. We will ask for your name, email address, date of birth and for you to create a password. From then, whenever you need to log in to the UTP App, you will be able to login the same way you would unlock your phone. For example, facial recognition, fingerprint, or passcode.
